CSC Academy is an educational organization that popularizes academic competitions and helps in the development of competitive spirit among school children. CSC Academy promotes education, digital literacy, digital financial literacy, certification, unearths potential and develops competitive spirit among school children. CSC Academy aims to help students broaden their academic horizons beyond schoolbooks and prepare them to excel in today's highly competitive environment. There is no direct career benefit from CSC Academy Olympiad; Rather, they provide encouragement to begin a career and embark on a lifelong journey into exciting intellectual challenges.

Objectives 

Foster the capability and development of the learners, especially the Village Level Entrepreneur and functionaries of other stakeholders of the Common Services Centre scheme through the extensive use of Information and Communication Technologies and teaching, delivering of specialized courses/ training programmes and ensuring ubiquitous reach of training services and community development programmes (health, housing, education, financial services etc) to promote the entrepreneurship in India. Develop, maintain and support the online learning environment for ensuring large scale e-learning opportunities for learners across India, particularly in rural and far-flung regions. Also design, develop content and delivery framework through CSC for education, skill upgradation and other areas for community development in rural areas.

After successful execution of four academic sessions of competition, we have great pleasure in informing you that we are announcing "CSC Olympiad 4.0" for academic session 2023 2024. Subject Experts of International repute have developed a "CSC Olympiad" for the students of Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools in India for enhancing the competitive ability of students related to Hindi, English, Mathematics and Science. It will be conducted in five languages Hindi, English, Tamil, Marathi and Bengali.

The details are as follows:

1. "CSC Olympiad 4.0" is for all the students of classes I to XII.
2. Final competition will be held online between 15th December 2023 to 15th January 2024.
3. It will be of 60 minutes' duration.
4. It will be based on standard syllabus of Hindi, English, Mathematics and Science by various examination boards from class 1 to 10 and Science (PCM/PCB), Commerce, Arts/Humanities for class 11 & 12. The Registration fee is INR 150. Practice book will be available on additional cost.
5. The registration process for the competition: April 2023 to September 2023
6. The fee will be collected by the School/CSC Academy Centres/CSCVLEs.
7. The fees will be remitted to CSC Academy, Delhi through online transfer only.
8. Final test will be conducted within the school premises by our authorised representatives in each district of India. We have our nodal centres and supporting centres in each district of India.
9. The result will be declared by CSC Academy head office after evaluating the performance of the students.
10. Top 5 students/subject/class of each zone will be given scholarship. The scholarship amount will be transferred directly to selected top students bank account on monthly basis for one year. The student can be chosen for scholarship only in one subject if applied more than one subject.
11. Top 5 students/class will be given scholarship at national level on total score in Mathematics, Science, English & best of Hindi or any other subject (if introduced in CSC Olympiad). The winners of zonal level will also be eligible for national level scholarship. We have divided the states in 6 zones
12. Top 45 students/subject/class (Rank 6th to Rank 50th) will be awarded medals and certificates at zonal level. The medals and certificates will be given by our nodal centres in each district.
13. Top 45 students/class (Rank 6th to Rank 50th) will be awarded medals and certificates at national level. The medals and certificates will be given by our nodal centres in each district.
14. Each student who secure 70% and above will get certificate of excellence in digital mode and participation certificate will be given to every registered student.
15. Top rankers at the Zonal and National level along with the principals and the teachers will be honoured in our events.
16. Chairman/Principal/Teacher Coordinator of participated schools will be felicitated.

Education and academic competitions are two most important ingredients of human life and these two have always been considered as important issues. Competition in schools leads to valuable skills. When children face competitive activities at school, they not only gain individual skills, like resilience and motivation, but they also build on important interpersonal skills. It also helps them succeed socially and academically in school. Expertise in mathematics and science is much required to everyday human life for ease of living.
